The collaboration between the Cambridge SupTech Lab and AIR-Alliance for Innovative Regulation succesfully brought to life the SupTech Hackathon 2023 with this year’s theme, “Beyond Chatbots: Consumer Complaints Analytics”. The hackathon, which took place virtually from July 26 to August 4, served as a platform for data scientists, innovators, and technologists to channel their collective expertise into driving positive change within the spheres of financial consumer protection and market conduct supervision.
